JAPANESE MOVEMENTS.
THE MARCH ON PING YANG. RELATIONS WITH COREA. LONDON, Yesterday. The Japanese are landing troops night and day at Wenaau, and proceeding to Ping Yang. The Marquis Ito, President of the Japanese Privy Council, has been sent as a special ambassador bearing the Mikado's autograph letter to the Emperor of Korea. Count Higashikura, Vice-President and Secretary to the Privy Council, accompanies him.
