Jan. 8, 7.36 a.m.) NEW YORK, Yesterday, The managers of the Iroquois Theatre at Chicago have admitted at the inquiry that they never instructed the employees how to act in the event of fire. Eleven of the - emergency exits were locked when the panic broke out.
