NOTICE is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Richmond Borough Council held on the 10th day of March, 1903, it was resolved that, in pursuance of section 102 of " Tho Muircipal Corporation Act, 1900,' 1 und sections. 37 to 44 of "The Rating Act, 1894," the following Water Rates in respect of the Ordinary Sup] ly be made and levied for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1903, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1904, payable in two equal instalments on the 14th day of April, 1903, and the Ist day of October, 1903. 1. Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water is supplied, the rateable value of which, on the Valuation Roll, does not exceed £12 10s, a rate of 10s per annum ; exceeds £12 10s, a rate of 4 per cent on such value. 2. Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water can be, but is not supplied, situate within J.OO yards of any part of the Waterworks, oue half of the rates above-mentioned. 3.
