While Ihiee men were, driving yesterday the horse shied at tho railway engine nnd swerved' capsizing the trap. The occupants -.vere thrown out close to tbe railway line, and one nslaiued a broken collar bone nnei contiiHon on the leg. Another had his ribs fractured. A third escaped with a few bruise 5 . The two former aro in hospital. Tho engine pulled up clear of the ebsl ruction.
