RETURN OF COUNT VON WALDERSEE.
BERLIN, July 26. Count von Waldersee, ex-Commander-in-Chief of th* Alliei troops in China, will, on his way home from the Far East, call at Algjers and Plymouth. The Emperor William, in the Imperial yacht, will meet the vessel conveying the Count at sea, and will accompany him to Bremerha yen.
