A JAPANESE PROJECT. [Unit-id Press Association.] j LONDON, Feb. 11. J A Japanese syndicate is constructing
a railway frcm Seoul, capital of Korea, to Fusan, the ohief port in the Poninsula, opposite Japan, at a cost of 25,000,000 yen (about £2,500,000), the Korean Government giving the land.
