AN HOTEL FIXE.
SEVERAL NARROW ESCAPES. A MAN INJURED. [United Prcsa Association.] AUCKLAND, May 9. LoVdino's Commercial Hotel, at Upitonui, was totally destroyed by fire this morning. The inmates had a narrow escape, and Mr Findiay, a telegraph lineman, was badly hurt when getting away. He had to jump from the top story. The building « as insnred for i:UUU, and the contents for .£730, in the Norwich Union Office.
