ELEVEN CASES IN ONE DAY.

SYDNEY, May 3. Thirteen cases of plague have been reported yesterday and to-day (11 yesterday), the districts being Annandale, St. Leonards, Surry Hills, Kedi'ern, Marn'ckville, l'addington, Stockdale, and Tennyson. Three deaths were reported. This Day. Two fresh cases are reported to-day, at Surry Hills and Paddington. Quarantine has been extended to the suburbs, and the area of Kedfern lias boon proclaimed.
