To establish and carry on Manure Wrokg Boiling-down Wcrka, Fell-mon-gering, and Tanning, and to conduct all operations necessary to the utilisation of bye-products, and the sale of the manufactures. While recognising that, by the establishment of a Freezing Company the prosperity of the town will be indirectly advanced, the Promoters point oat that the Company is being formed to especially further the interests of the farming community, and farmers are tarnettly urged to support the Company by subscribing freely for shares and by providing the rebuked number of sheep. Upon a minimum of 15,000 shares bei ing applied for, and upon not lees than , 30,000 cheep and lambs being guaranteed I id proposed to register the Company! when permanent Directors and Officers will be elected by the shareholders, The actual freezing operations are expeoted to be commenced about December, 1900, the intervening time being required for providing a Hulk, and for the estab- ■ lit ament of Works.
