THE BATIXE OF BELMONT. CAPETOWN, Nov. 28. An ex-officer of tbe Austrian Aimy named Albiecht commanded tbe enemy's artillery during tue fi^bt at Belmont on Thursday, at wbich 81 Boers were killed and 64 wajrgous with 60,000 rounds of ammunition aod 750 shells were destroyed. The Grenadieis lost 21 killel and 93 woundod, while five are m a»ing.
