THE VOLUNTEERS.
THE MARLBOROUGH MOUNTED IUFLE S CAMP. Tha Marlborough Mounted Rifles visited Cable Bay yesterday. This morning their volley and independent firing was held at the butts. To-morrow,'the Mounted Rifles, H Battery, Coast Guards, College Cadets, aud Garrison Band, will assemble in front of the Police Station at 10.20a.m. for thepurpose of proceeding to ihe Botanical Eeserve, where a church parade will beheld. Tha Garrison Band will give a performance in the Reserve to-morrow afternoon commencing at a quaitcr to three. The proceeds will be devoted towards defraying tho expenses of the visitors. All Volunteers are requested to attend in uniform. On Tuesday evening next, the visitors will be entartaincl by thi local companies at a social in tho Forester's Hall.
