Captain Kennedy reported at noon today :— Wind between W. and S. and S.E. at all places N. of New Plymouth and Napier and between ff. and S.W. and S. at all otber places. Sea increasing on weed coast ami on east coast south of Caatle Point. Barometer rise at all places daring the nest 12 hours. Tiiks high on nest coast from Hokitika north .
