Mr Eeld, Premier, states that there is no objeotion to New South Wales "being represented at the conference proposal by Mr Seddon. for though the Goverßpient believes in freetrade, it is desirous of promoting reoiprooity as muoh as possible. It is impossible, however, that the ctjony can be represented unless the conference is held in Australia. , £■'
