[United Press Assooiation.l Melbourne, Decembers. Lord Brassey, Governor of Victoria, proposes to visit New Zealand at the end of the Parliamentary session, and will be bsent about six weeks. Adelaide, December 5. Since the commencement of the di ought on July Ist, tbe rainfall registered at the . observatory has been 3*841 inches. The general average for the same period for the previous 57 years was 10*153 inches.
