Adjudicated Insolvent. [United Press Association.] Dunedin, This Day. James Smith, a farmer, at Tapanui, bas been adjudicated bankrupt on the petition of the Bank of Mew Zealand, whioh obtained judgment on account of an overdraft figuring in tbe Colonial Bank B list of assets.
