Guarding the Queen at Balmoral.
[United Press Association,] London, September IG. Bell, ono of the captured dynamiters, was brought up at Glasgow and remanded to London. The Glasgow police ara searching for bombs. The prisoners all belong to Tynan's branoh of the Clan-na-Qael Sooiety. It is reported that Tynan is likely to turn informer. "Freeman'^ Journal," Dublin, sneers that the disoovery of the plots comes just at the time when the Irish Unionists needed it. September 17. Jilaborate precautions are being taken by the police and the military authorities for the Czar's visit to the Queen at Balmoral Castle.
