[United Press Association.] Ohbibtchubch, Jane 16. At a meeting of Wood, Shand & Co.'s orediiors to-day, the Official Assignee read a legal opinion that the Union JEJank must take the Gisborna property at the valuation and not give credit merely for the amount at which it bought it in. It was resolved to submit the interests of the firm in various businesses for sale by tender, and a motion recommending their discharge as early as possible was carried unanimously. Auckland, Juno 16.
