The Venezuela Boundary.
[United Press Associattonl Caracas, February 26. President Crespo insists that arbitration is the only mode of settlement of the boundary difficulty. He is willing to guarantee English and German railway claims.
February 27. President Crespo sayß that the United States are rendering powerful aid to the pacific solution of the quarrel with England.
