The Child Murder Case.
The Court of Appeal is not to be called specially to hear the case of Minnie Dean, found guilty in Southland of ohild murder, A special session could be constituted only after |twenty-one days notice agreed to by the Governor iv Council, and as the Court will sit in the ordinary course on tbe 27th instant, a special session is not neeeasiry. Minnie Dean's case may be taken Bt once when the Court meets, but this is not absolutely certain.
