[United Press Association. ] Wellington, This Day. The newly constituted University College Council for the .Central District beld its firat meeting this morning. Mr Blair was eleoted Chaiiman. It was determined to send a deputation to the Government on the question of endowment, and to aek lor Mount Cook Central Prison as a ■ite for the College.
