[United Press Association.] New Yobh, Jane 27. . At a meeting of the' New York Suioide Club representatives of the " press were present. No speeches were' delivered, but lots were drawn aa to who should next commit suicide. The doomed man retired from the meeting without emotion, and under the rules of the Club muat do away with himaelf within a fortnight. Crowds of speotatora, chiefly foreigners, assembled outside the Club rooms.
