Fire at Wellington.
Death from Excitement.
[United Press -Association.] WeUilNOto!*, This Day,
A fire broke out about tiro a.m, to-day in a bnilding at the rear of Mr Crespin's grocery shop, Lambton Qcay. It was soon pot under control, but the contents of the building were greatly damaged, obiefly by water, as also the contents of Mr Oakley's tailor's shop, and that of Mr Cordoza, a fruiterer. Two doors away there was a small jewellery shop oocupied by Mr T, O. Woodford, He was told of the fire, and arrived on the scene in suoh a state of agitation, tbat about four o'olook be diedof heart disease . The unfortunate man was taken to- a ncighouring hotel, and two doctors were oalled in but withoat avail.
Later. Crespin's buildings and stoek were insured for £1150 in- the Commercial Union and Norwich Union oflices. Tho major portion was reinsured.
