' Railway Commission.
Auckland, June 1. ABailway Commission of £hnnivy, P-te--6ide*4 over by Mi Lowe, one of the engineers of the Bailw&y Department, and Mr B, Bose, the Auckland Collector of Customs, is now sitting, taking evidence into the complaints alleged by one of the employees at both New market and Fukekohe, and Mr- Coom, who was for many years engineer of permanent way. A number of witnesses will be called and the result transmitted to the central authorities at Wellington.
