Prosecution under Factories Act.
[United Press Association,] Dunkdin, This Day. The Court held that the purely nieuliiiiiical part of dentistry taken independently of the part performed by the operator was a handicraft, ind that dentistry rooms should be registered aa factories. Mr Armstrong, the defendant, was consequently fined in a nominal penal! \. .Notice of appeal was at once lodged. Abraham Myers was fined 10s and costs in each ol two casea for failing to give those employed in his factoiy a half holiday.
