Bi-Metallism.
[SPECIAL.} Berlin, May 21. During a disoussion on the subject in the Prussian Lower House, Hf rr Arendt said* they only wanted Bi-Metnllism in the event nf the Powers agreeing to recognise a permanent value for silver. No doubt when Mr Balfour came into power England would ultimately yield. Germany was willing to wait if the proposed Conference was convened.
