The Child Murder Charge.
[United Press Association.] Dunedin, This Day. Minnie Dean Was charged at Milton this morning with having murdered Eva Sorhsby. The police explained they had expected to find the child's body at Clarendon, but it had been discovered in the accused's garden at Winton, therefore the case would be taken to InverCargill. Mr Hanlon, for the defence, offered no objection.' The accused was remanded to 'appear in Invercargill on Thursday next. '' ' ' InvErcargi_-, This Day. Charles Dean was charged this morning •with the murder of two infants, and remanded on application of the police till May 23rd.
