The Carriers' Union, feeling dissatisfied with the decision cf the Harbour Bo.rd regarding favouritism on the wharf has decided to approach tbe Premier with a lequest tbat the system of election of members of the Board be altered, either in the direction of giving the power to householders, or establishing the one man one vote system.
