[United Press Association]. New Yortk, April 24. iho newspapers here announce the arrest of Viscount Drumlanrig (eldest son of the Marquis of Queensberry) on a charge of insanity. It is alleged {that his arrest was mado in order to prevent bis proposed marriage with a waitress in California.
