Horoivhenua Block .Case.

[United Press Association.] Wellington, This Day. Tbe case ot Warena Hania v Major Kemp and others is now being heard in the Appeal Court. This is the case relating to the Horowhenua Block, and the appeal is by W arena Hunia against a tlecieion of the Chief Justice, declaring him to be the trustee of a portion of the Mock awarded to him by the Native Land Court. The case is being heard by Judges Williams, Denniston, anil Connolly. Messrs Barnicoat and Morris appear for llie appellant, and Messrs Edwards and Skerreltfor the respondents. The case is expected to last for several days.
