Payment of Members.
Curious Action. [United Press Association.] Sydney-, Tliis Day. A c;isc has been instituted in the Jollity Court to test the validity of the payment of members of the Legislative Assembly. The plaintiff contends tliat the Aet authorising payment only applied to the Parliament which passed it, and not to the present one, and he seeks an injunction to prevent the Auditorl.eneral from paying the amount.
