Libel Action.
[United Press Association.] Adelaide, This Day,' A libel action has been instituted against the South Australian Advertiser by the Hon J. L. Parsons, late Government resident of the Northern Territory. The alleged libel was contained in a report of a speech made by Mr T. Price, U L.A., when add' essing his constituents. The reporter read over the statements to Mr Price before their publication and the latter certified to their accuracy. The point at issue is as to the right of the paper to publish the public utterances of public men.
