War in Chitral.
[United Press Association.] Calcutta, April 20. The third brigado crossed the Jambatai Pass, null expect to relievo Chitrul on Saturday next. It is reported that the only pass leading to Chitral is impassible for troops owing to snow. Colonel Kelly is meeting with many obstacles in his march to the relief of Chitral, consequently only slow progress is being made. On the 17th Chitral was said to bo sfc safe.
