[United Preas Association,] London, April 21. The election for the Oxford seat in the House of Commons osoasioned by the sudden death of General Sir G. T. Chesney, resulted in the return of Viscount Valentin, tho Conservative candidate, who defeated Dr Little, the Liberal candidate, by GO2 votes.
