I Captain Kennedy, of the Terranora, has telegraphed to the Marino Department that he has examined tho wreckage off tha Mohaka river, but was unable to remove ib. Tho visible wreckage is the heel of a mast) about ten feet out of water in 14 fathoms. ( The bearings from the mast are:— Mohaka I river to S. and Waitua river NAY to I 3$ miles off the shore almost directly in the track of vessels between Wairoa ana Napier.
