Herr Balling will hold two weekly classea for free instruction in Vooal and Orchestral Musio respectively. The members of these classes will be seleoted by him from those who show talent but who are unable to pay the teaching fees of the Institution. The OBJECTS of the SCHOOL will be to give sound instruction, at moderate fees, in practical and theoretical music, and to raise the present standard of musical attainment and performance. PERIODICAL EXAMINATIONS will be hold, and Certificates of Progress and Proncienoy given.
