Melbourne, This Day. The Cabinet has decided that Sir Ma. the w Davies and Mr Milledge were wrong in leaving the colony while the case against them was pending, and steps will be taken to swear fresh informations if they do not return to Melbourne. Sir Bryan O Loghlen, Attorney -General, objected to this decision.
