Wellington, This Day. During the last twelve months there have been thirty-eight fire?, including three at the wharvas. The damage to buildings is estimated at £3,835, and to goods £G504. Insurance premiums for the same period amounted to about £25,000. The city rates are 1-Jd higher for this year than lust, including Id for drainage, and £d extra for charitable aid.
