The Ballarat Coumr recently published an artioie accusing Beveral members of Parliament with immorality, and alleging that the mace stolen from the chamber was lying in a house of ill repute. Mr Clarke, the proprietor ofthe paper, was called to the bir of the House, and after tendering an apology, was admonished by the Speaker.
