Mrs HI ward Dreming hia made an additional allidiwit, partly continuing' the account of Frederick's delusions with regard to the appearance of his mother, hut denying that she ever heard Frederick assert that his mother prompted him to murder females. Owing to tho fact Mint Mr Lyle hus withdrawn from tho defence in Melbourne, the London solicitors decline to cablu the contorts of the iillidiivits made by Deeming's relativod until a guarantee is given for payment of costs,
