Auckland, This Day. At the meeting of the South British Insurance Company to-day the report was adopted, and a dividend of 10 per cent was declared, The Chairman of Directors congratulated the shareholders on the sucoess that attended the operations of the Company under the new policy, and expressed great confidence in the future. Messrs Wilson and R. A. Oarr were elected Direotors in the place of Messrs Adamaon and Daldy retired, Messrs Waj mouth and Clarke were Ke-eleoted Auditors. A proposal to reduce the Dumber of Direotors from seven to Biz was negatived, and the meeting conoluded with a vote of thanks to the Chairman, Directors, manager, and officers.
