S. B. White v. Geo. Newport.— Claim for £9 lls 2d. money lent and interest. Judgment for amount claimed and oosta 20a 6d. Mr Pitt appeared for the plaintiff. N. Kelleher (of Belgrove) v. N. O'Gorman (Belgrove).— Claim for £3 10a for balance of wages due. Mr Adams appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Maginniby for the defendant. After hearing the evidenoe, whioh was of a contradictory oharaoter, Hia Worahip gave judgment for £3 10a and oosts 375.
