To the Editor of the "Evening Mail.'' Sir,— ln reply to the letter that appeared in the Evening Mail of last Saturday over the signature of "Doubtful," this person, who is evidently afraid of his name being known, oan very soon have his mind made easy and clear of any doubt, if he has the courage to call on the undersigned, who can show him the certificate. The certificate has been shown to upwards of forty citizens. I am nofc aware any show was held oa the Bth August.
