Waimea Eoad Board, — Tho evidence in. thia case waa heard last week, • when His Worship reserved judgment, which he gave this morning for the plaintiff for £5 19s, with cost. £1 17s. Warner db Co. v. J. F. Jones. — Claim for £5 for dishonoured promissory note. Judgment for amount claimed and coats 12a. Jas, Qorrie v. Blincoe. — Claim for £60 2s. 6d.
