The Auckland Footballers.
Auckland, September 9. The local Rugby Union have arranged with Lecky, MoLean, and Madigan to go South to join the Auckland footballers, and they will leave to-morrow morning. The two forwards are intended to strengthen that division. Madigan takes the place of Jervis who wishes to return home after the Dunedin match, The Seleotion Committee are condemned for their bad choice of forwards. j
