The Marquis of Hartington, speaking in Yorkshire, said that if the result of the nexo general eieotion was the return of a Home IJule majority, the Unionists would oompel the country to re-consider the question and use every resource the Constitution allowed to prevent so great a ohange being hurriedly made.
