The Emperor's Condition.
Bbblin, June 13. An official bulletin published concerning the Emperor's health states that bis breathing is easier and his strength muoh improved. In the Australian innings Ferris scored 86. Oxford in the second innings made 146; Phillips 29, and Watson 26. Turner bowled Bplendidly, securing five wiokets.
