The Blenheim Encampment.
Blenheim, March 29. f There ia glorious weather and every a prospect of the encampment being" a great success. Lieutenant Colonel Pitt will be the officer ia oommand. The Navals from Wellington and the Garrison Band are coming over. Major Webb, the district Adjutant, has been superintending operations . during the past few days and everything is < now in readiness.
