(From our own Correspondent,) Wellington, November 22. There is a good deal of fun going on just now at the sittings of the Westport Harbor Committee. Mr o' Conor has been making a speeoh to the Committee, setting out big viewa on the subject under disouasion, and as he proceeds Mr Napier Bell interjeots denials

of his statements, and at times these gentlemen give each other the lie direct, and almoßt come to blows. Mr O'Conor is still giving evidence, and it is not yet decided whether the Committee shall go to Westport to look over the works.
