The mails per P. and O. steamship Massilia, from Melbourne August 10, and per Pacific mail steamship Alameda, from Auckland August 15th. were delivered in London to day. Vienna, Sept. li). Political correspondence of the semi-official Journal published here states that it is expected that an arrangement will shortly be arrived at between England and France regarding; the Now Hebrides, based upon the principle of the prior evacuation of the group by the French, and that the Islands will bo open for colonization to all nations, each watching the security of its own subjects.
