Passengers : Mcsdames Eilia, Steer, and Mr H. Bunny. steamer Lady Baririy, 40, Walfcer, for Motueka. Captain Edwin reported at 12-40 p.m. : — " Bad weather approaching between norfh and west and southwest. Glass rising within 12 hours." The liady.Barkly sails for Motueka and Golden Bay at 630 to-night. . The 'Hawea left Wellington at 12-40 this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail by the same tide at 10 a.m. for Pictoa, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Waverley arrived from Patea at 10 o'clock last night, bringing a cargo of sheep. She sails at 5 p.m. to-day for Wellington and Patea. The Wanaka sailed for Southern ports at 7 p.m. on Saturday, and reached Wellington at 5*30 a.m. yesterday. The Murray makes a trip to and from Motueka tomorrow mornicg, leaviug here at 6 o'clock, Bhe sails at 6 p.m. for Wellington direct. The Kennedy is detained at Hokitika to-day by bad weather and the flooded state of the river. She js announced to sail for Picton and Wanganut at 8 a.m on Thursday, taking ordinary A'anganui passengers. The Charles Edward left Westport at IX -20 thi9 morniDg, and .will arrive here to-morrow morning. She goes on the cradle for a clean, and sails for Wan(ranui direct at 8 p.m. on Thursday, taking Nelson Volunteers oDly to tee Easter Encampment. Ihe Botorua crossed the Manukau bar at 11*35 this morning, will arrive here to-morrow night} and sail at ll p.m. on Wednesday for Picton, Wellington, and Xyttelton. The Koranui arrived from Picion, Wellington, and South at 7*40 a.m. yesterday, and sailed for ihe West Coast at 9 o'clock this morning. The Mahinapua leaves Wellington to-morrow night, will arrive here on Wedne day ms ruing, and sail at 9 p.m. on the return irip. The Penguin takes the next San Francisco mail, caving here on Baturday. The Grafion baa been chartered to convey the Volunteers from Wellington to Wanganui. Captain Francis, who was well known hare a few years ago as commander of the steamers Wellington and Taranaki, died at Melbourne on March 27th.
